Chengdu Hanyan Technology Co., LTD. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in designing, researching and developing, manufacturing and serving of automatic welding equipment.
With 360 employees, including 159 who have been devoting into welding area for over 15 years, we are serving customers worldwide with dozens of various types of precision equipment and a factory covering an area of 15000sqm. To establish modern management, we customized an ERP system which could ensure punctual delivery and offer process surveillance. We have accomplished more than 20 patents in automatic welding industry. We are capable of providing 4000 units specialized welding equipment annually.
The automatic welding manipulator who can rotate and tilt makes the workpiece at the best welding position. It normally works with welding manipulator, special welding machines to realize the automatic welding of complicated workpieces.
Our company has several series positioner: HB series single seat postioner, HBS series double-seat positioner, HBT series positioner, HBL series L-type positioner and SPH series turn-table.
1. HB Series Single-column Welding Positioner/ automatic welding manipulator
This positioner which has simple structure and high stability is mainly used with SAW machines.
Table rotating adopts imported transducer to realize stepless regulation, wide speed range and stable operation.
Table tilting is drove by AC motor with helical-worm reducer and self lock function, realized stable tilting.
The table is made by precision casting. There is T-type groove and ring type position line, available for locating and clamping work piece.
Operation is convenient by remote-control pendant.
Linkage on the control box can control with other welding equipments.
Performance features of automatic welding manipulator :
It is applicable to kinds of axes, dicks, tank and etc. Work table surface is made of finished casting, and cannot be hurt easily by welding spatter. Uniform position lines are made on the surface. T-shaped grooves are available, which can facilitate the installation of various fixing and clamping unit..
Stepless speed regulation of imported transducer is adopted for work table rotation, which has a wide speed adjustment range and high working stability.
Tilting of work table adopts gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed reversal within 120°with large turning torque, self-locking and reliable positioning.
All machine bodies adopt seat-type structure that gives an integral reliability. Generally, they do not need to be fixed on the foundation, and are convenient to be moved.
Remote control pendant is equipped, convenient and flexible in operation. Linkage interfaces are reserved in the electrical box, which can realize the connection and linkage operation mechanisms and welding machines.
Note: As per customers' different demands, we can also design and manufacture large load or special welding positioners; for examples, horizontal revolving platform, L-type positioner, double-column heavy positioned and etc.

Heavy Load Positioner
It is used for large load work piece whose weight is above 10 tons.
Main functions:
It has rotating and tilting function.
Main features:
The frame, boom and work table are adopted box structure, with light weight, good rigidity and nice appearance. There are radial T-shaped grooves on the work table surface for fixing workpiece. Meanwhile, the work table adopts well thermal material to prevent table splitting when the workpiece is preheated too high.
The system is equipped with water cooling cycling unit, ensuring using life of equipment.
The rotation of work table adopts DC step-less regulation or AC transducer regulation. Using which type is decided by customer needs or actual situation of operation. The tilting can realize by transducer step-less regulation as per requirement.
Drive system adopts breaking motor and worm reducer, keeping sure equipment positioning precisely.
The drive system adopts dual or single drive mode. It is also determined by actual situation. Dual drive has the feature of small transmission gap and safe operation system, etc.
This positioner has the advantages of stable structure, heavy load capacity and convenient operating, etc.
There's no need to fix equipment on the foundation so as to move conveniently.
Remote-control is equipped.
There is reserved linkage in the electrical cabinet, for connecting with Column & Boom and welding machine control system which made by our company.
