Special automatic welding machine for rear cover of axle housing

1) Equipment introduction:

The special welding machine for rear cover of axle housing is mainly used in automatic welding of looped-type seams at the middle section of axle housing of medium and heavy driving axle and rear cover. When welding is made, the welding torch keeps still, and the workpiece rotates. The workpiece is hoisted to the pneumatic three-jaw chuck on the rotary positioner to set the centering of axle housing and the center of the internal hole of stiffening ring, and brace the internal hole and compress the end face tightly (at the horizontal position), and then change the workpiece in the flat position; the welding torch is put in place by feeding driven by the beam of manipulator, the power supply strikes arc, the machine head drives the rotation of workpiece to realize automatic welding; after welding is completed, the welding torch withdraws, the positioner is changed to the horizontal position, the welding jig gets loose, the workpiece is hoisted, and welding is completed.
